On the 16th tee, Djokovic expressed his nervousness in front of the huge stands and thanked the fans for the unique experience.

Initially, he approached the ball with his tennis racket before switching to the driver. After a couple of swings received with applause, he sent the ball into the fairway, sighing with relief and excitement amidst the laughter of those present.

The presence of hundreds of fans raised the adrenaline of the event, showing that Djokovic, outside the tennis courts, can also shine in another sport, creating an unforgettable moment at the Marco Simone in Rome. The stage is set for the exciting Ryder Cup in Rome, featuring an impressive lineup of sports, cinema, and online stars from Novak Djokovic to Carlos Sainz.

Amidst the unyielding sun of a prolonged summer, the All Star Match heats up the golf engines ahead of the main competition, pitting teams led by Scotsman Colin Montgomerie and American Corey Pavin against each other. The teams met during the 2010 Ryder Cup, which saw the Molinari brothers clinch their debut victory in the tournament in Wales.

Gareth Bale, Italian surfer Leonardo, and YouTuber Garrett Hilbert grace the field alongside tennis world number one Novak Djokovic, who defeated a team led by Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz fresh from a recent victory in Singapore’s Formula 1.

DJokovic exhibited his golf prowess, with Italian showman Fiorello making a special appearance at the event. Despite feeling the pressure in the first hole, Djokovic paired up with an excellent partner to secure a seven to four victory for Team Monty.

The players reflected on their experience, with Djokovic expressing his admiration for Rory McIlroy and Sainz highlighting the incredible atmosphere and support of the spectators. The Marco Simone golf club proved to be a breathtaking location with one of the best courses Sainz had ever played on, making it an unforgettable experience for both players and fans alike.
