Team Europe captain Bjorn Borg has named current world number 2 Carlos Alcaraz as next year’s European team number one at the Laver Cup 2024. The announcement was made with a beautiful video that appeared on the competition’s social channels and which went around the web in just a few hours.
Fundamental news for the well-known ambitions of this tournament, fresh from a 2023 that was well below expectations.
